AI, Data and Quantum Summit: Leveraging Germany's Bilateral AI Partnerships with Brazil, Canada and India

AIDAQ Summit, AI and Data Action Stage, bcc Berlin

Join us for the panel discussion "Tech Middle Powers in the Global AI Race: Leveraging Germany's Bilateral AI Partnerships with Brazil, Canada and India" at the Bitkom AI, Data and Quantum (AIDAQ) Summit.

Thomas Jarzombek, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation (BMDS) will tackle the question of how tech middle powers shape the global AI landscape. With him on stage will be representatives of the Embassies of Brazil, Canada and India in Germany.

Like Germany, Brazil, Canada and India are key tech middle powers in an increasingly concentrated AI ecosystem. However, by forming alliances, these countries are increasingly able to translate their own capabilities into influence on global AI governance. As reflected in the key agreements Germany signed with each country this year, now is the perfect time to leverage bilateral partnerships and strengthen digital resilience.

For those that will be at AIDAQ, please join us on 22 September from 13:15-14:00 at the AI and Data Action Stage. If you are not participating in the summit yet, make sure to purchase your ticket.

The event is hosted by BMDS, supported by the International Digital Dialogues. Please find out more about AIDAQ here.
